Purchase Mortgage Leads, Delivered as Live Transfers

A purchase mortgage lead from Radian Leads is a home buyer who asked about financing a purchase, answered your qualification questions on a recorded call, said yes to speaking with a lender, and is being handed to your loan officer while they are still on the line. Each transfer is exclusive to one client. We never share or resell the same buyer.

You pay per billable transfer. A transfer is billable once the buyer and your loan officer have talked for 3 minutes or more (some programs use 90 seconds). Shorter calls are not billed. If the recording shows the buyer fell outside the criteria you agreed to, the transfer is replaced.

The buyer reaches you like this. A consumer submits an opted-in form, online or by phone. Our qualification specialist calls back the same day where possible, always inside the consent window, from the same number and under the same company name every time. The specialist asks your criteria one question at a time, then transfers the call with a 15-second handoff in the buyer's own words.

Purchase is listed among our campaign types. Availability, states and volume for a purchase campaign are confirmed when you request a quote.

Purchase campaign types we run

  • Conventional purchase. Buyers with a down payment, including low-down-payment programs; the loan officer confirms which.
  • FHA purchase. Buyers with a smaller down payment or a credit profile below conventional. See FHA mortgage leads.
  • VA purchase. Buyers who served or are surviving spouses. The specialist runs the service probe described on our VA loan leads page.
  • USDA, jumbo, temporary buydown and assumption. Screened under the same criteria with a purpose question set to your program.

If you want current owners rather than buyers, see refinance leads.

Who the home buyer is

The buyer has told us, in their own words, where they want to buy, roughly what price range, whether they have a property under contract or are still looking, whether they already have a real estate agent, and when they expect to close. First-time buyers say so and the specialist records it. Repeat buyers say whether they have a home to sell first.

They are not browsing listings. The specialist asks for the plan and the horizon, and a caller without a target area, a price range and a timeframe is not transferred. Whether the buyer qualifies, for how much, and under which program is your loan officer's decision after a full application and credit pull, never ours.

What we screen for on a purchase campaign

Each row is a question the specialist asks out loud, with the answer on tape. You set the value.

Qualification is based on information consumers provide during screening. Our specialist is not a loan officer and never quotes rates, payments, pre-approval amounts or approvals.

What your loan officer receives in the handoff

Your loan officer hears the handoff while the buyer is on the line. It takes about 15 seconds and repeats the buyer's answers in their own words: where and what they are buying, their stage, price range and down payment as they described them, first-time or repeat, the program they asked about, and the answers to your criteria questions. The buyer never repeats the basics.

We collect nothing sensitive on our call: no SSN, date of birth, email or bank details. The typical loan officer conversation runs about 15 minutes. Afterward, the dual-channel recording of our qualifying call sits in your dashboard at client.radianleads.com, scored against your criteria, with a replacement request next to it.

How to start

  1. Request a quote. During business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific) a representative reaches out within 5 minutes; otherwise the next business day. Purchase availability is confirmed at this step.
  2. Agree the criteria: states, programs, stage, price range, score floor, transfer quantity and a planned delivery timeframe. A dedicated account manager owns the campaign.
  3. Buy transfers in a block of credits. Each billable transfer draws down one credit; replaced transfers return to your balance.
  4. Take calls. Every transfer is recorded and scored in your dashboard.

Pricing detail is on our mortgage leads pricing page. If you are comparing live transfers with other ways to buy, see buy mortgage leads.

Frequently asked questions

We price per billable transfer, not per lead. Transfers are priced between $110 and $140 per billable transfer, depending on loan program, states and criteria. Our transfers are priced between $110 and $140 per billable transfer by program; our published campaign math used $110, the bottom of that range. Third-party guides put mortgage live transfers at roughly $80 to $250 per qualified transfer depending on loan type and exclusivity; those are published ranges, not our pricing. Only if you want them to be. First-time status is a question the specialist asks and records. You can target first-time buyers only, exclude them, or take both.

A referral depends on an agent remembering you. A live transfer is a buyer who called about financing, answered your questions on tape, and is handed to your loan officer with the basics already covered. Read what live transfer leads are.

Yes, as separate campaigns with their own criteria, or together under one program question. VA purchase includes the service probe.

Yes. One transfer goes to one client, the buyer is never resold, and the same buyer is not sent to you twice inside 30 days. See our exclusive mortgage leads page.
