Reverse Mortgage Leads, Delivered as Live Transfers

A reverse mortgage lead from Radian Leads is a homeowner aged 62 or older who asked about a reverse mortgage, answered your qualification questions on a recorded call, said yes to speaking with a lender, and is being handed to your loan officer while they are still on the line. Each transfer is exclusive to one client. We never share or resell the same borrower.

You pay per billable transfer. A transfer is billable once the borrower and your loan officer have talked for 3 minutes or more (some programs use 90 seconds). Shorter calls are not billed. If the recording shows the borrower fell outside the criteria you agreed to, the transfer is replaced.

The borrower reaches you like this. A homeowner submits an opted-in form, online or by phone. Our qualification specialist calls back the same day where possible, always inside the consent window, from the same number and under the same company name every time. The specialist asks your criteria one question at a time, then transfers the call to your loan officer with a 15-second handoff in the borrower's own words.

Who the reverse mortgage borrower is

The homeowner is 62 or older, on title, living in the property as a primary residence, and has told us in their own words why they are asking: a monthly payment they would rather not carry, a line of credit to draw on, or cash from equity. Many already carry a mortgage; some own the home free and clear. Your loan officer confirms eligibility for a HECM or a proprietary program, including counseling and the financial assessment. Our specialist does not explain the product, quote terms or describe what the borrower will receive.

Reverse mortgage calls follow extra rules because of who is on the line. If the homeowner seems confused about what they asked for, cannot say why they are calling, or is not the person who decides (an adult child calling about a parent, for example), the specialist ends the qualification politely and no transfer is made. We would rather send fewer transfers than put a loan officer on a call with someone who is not in a position to proceed.

What we screen for on a reverse mortgage campaign

Each row is a question the specialist asks out loud, with the answer on tape. You set the value.

Qualification is based on information consumers provide during screening. Our specialist is not a loan officer, never quotes rates, payments or approvals, and never implies government affiliation.

What your loan officer receives in the handoff

Your loan officer hears the handoff while the borrower is on the line. It takes about 15 seconds and repeats what the borrower said: where the home is, whether there is a mortgage on it, why they are calling and what they hope to do, and the answers to your criteria questions. The borrower never repeats the basics, which matters on a call with an older homeowner.

We collect nothing sensitive on our call: no SSN, date of birth, email or bank details. The typical loan officer conversation runs about 15 minutes. Afterward, the dual-channel recording of our qualifying call sits in your dashboard at client.radianleads.com, scored against your criteria, with a replacement request next to it.

How to start

  1. Request a quote. During business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific) a representative reaches out within 5 minutes; otherwise the next business day.
  2. Agree the criteria: states, value floor, whether an existing reverse mortgage is allowed, transfer quantity and a planned delivery timeframe. A dedicated account manager owns the campaign.
  3. Buy transfers in a block of credits. Each billable transfer draws down one credit; replaced transfers return to your balance.
  4. Take calls. Every transfer is recorded and scored in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

We price per billable transfer, not per lead. Transfers are priced between $110 and $140 per billable transfer, depending on loan program, states and criteria. Our transfers are priced between $110 and $140 per billable transfer by program; our published campaign math used $110, the bottom of that range. Third-party guides put mortgage live transfers at roughly $80 to $250 per qualified transfer depending on loan type and exclusivity; those are published ranges, not our pricing. Here. One transfer goes to one client, the borrower is never resold, and the same homeowner is not sent to you twice inside 30 days. See our exclusive mortgage leads page for how we define it.

Campaigns run in the states where you hold a license. If you are licensed in California, Florida or Texas, the campaign is set to those states and the specialist confirms the property is there before any transfer. Ask us about any state exclusions in force when you request a quote.

A list is a name and a number. A live transfer is a homeowner who has already said, on tape, that they are 62 or older, own the home, want to talk to a lender and have time now. The recording is the proof, and a transfer that fails the criteria is replaced. Read more in what live transfer leads are.

The specialist does not transfer them on a reverse mortgage campaign. If you also run HELOC leads or refinance leads with us, the same homeowner can be screened for those programs instead.
